David is survived by his son, David Pritchard of Witchita, KS and daughter, Samanta (Josh) Cook of Carson City, NV; granddaughter, Nora; mother, Betty Pritchard of Fort Dodge; brothers, Larry (Margaret) Pritchard of Farnhamville and Alan Pritchard of Jacksonville, FL; sisters, Sue (Tom) Bradley of Fort Dodge and Lynn Pritchard of Scranton.

He was preceded in death by his father, David Pritchard, Sr., and sisters, Debra Moore, Kristi Pritchard, and Vicky Butrick.

David Bruce Pritchard was born June 18, 1955 in Fort Dodge. He attended Fort Dodge public schools and graduated from Fort Dodge Senior High School. On January 29, 1983, he was united in marriage to Renae Maloney and the couple made their home in Pratt, KS. Shortly after their marriage, the couple moved to Fort Dodge. They later divorced. David worked for Woodruff Construction and held various other construction related jobs all his adult life.
