KELLI ANN HENRICKS

Kelli Ann Henricks, 61, of Fort Dodge, passed away on Wed­nes­day, May 20, 2020, at the Clar­ion Well­ness and Rehab­ili­tation Cen­ter in Clarion. Services will be 10:00 AM on Saturday, May 23, 2020, at the Gunderson Funeral Chapel with Pastor Emily Sauer officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery in Fort Dodge. Visitation will be from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Friday at the Gunderson Funeral Home and Cremation Services. Memorials may be left to the discretion of the family.

All guidelines from the IDPH will be followed by Gunderson Funeral Home & Cremation Services. The use of face masks is encouraged.

Kelli Ann Henricks, was born October 2, 1958, to William and Marlys (Rossow) Smith. She attended the Saint Pauls Lutheran School, Barnum High School, and graduated in 1976 from Fort Dodge Senior High. In high school Kelli was a cheerleader. She was raised in the country between Fort Dodge and Barnum. Her pride and joy in her teenage years was her horse named Tork.

She attended Iowa Central Community College in Fort Dodge majoring in business. She worked at Smithway Motor Xpress for many years.

Kelli married Ken Henricks in 1987. She had two children, and Ken had two children, and together they had two more.

She was a member of St. Olaf Lutheran Church, and very proud of her faith. At different times she was church council President and youth group leader, and Sunday school teacher.

Kelli is preceded in death by both parents, William and Marlys and two brothers William Harold Smith and William Alan Smith. She is survived by two sisters Stacy (Troy) Hendrickson, and Melissa (Mark) Wilson. Six children, Megan Smith, Chris (Lisa) Smith, Marshall (Shanna) Henricks, Nicole (George) Lawman, Lydia Henricks, and Nathaniel Henricks, and 19 grandchildren, Andrew, Madeline, Bradley, Kieler, Ashton, Annilea, Weston, Theron, Carley, Aubrey, JT, Tommy, Rilynn, Marlie, Kimber, Abel, Myia, Koda, and Peri.
