LAKE CITY — Warren Clark, 90, died Wednesday, December 4, 2019 at Shady Oaks Care Center, Lake City. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, December 9 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Lake City. Celebrant will be Father Lynn Bruch and burial in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Lake City. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday at Lampe Funeral Home in Lake City with a vigil prayer service at 7 p.m.
