Richard (Dick) E. Woodard, 93, of Dav­enport, Iowa passed away peace­fully August 24th at MercyOne Hospital in Clinton, Iowa. A memorial Celebration of Life will be held Friday, October 25, 2019 at 2:00 pm, with visitation from 12:30 till time of service, at First Presbyterian Church, 1702 Iowa Street, Davenport, Iowa 52803. Weerts Funeral Home (dignity memorial.com) is assisting with arrangements.
