STORM LAKE — Keith R. Kollbaum, 58, of Las Vegas, formerly of Storm Lake passed away Monday, August 5, 2019 in Las Vegas.

Memorial Services will be at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, September 21, 2019, at St. Peter Lutheran Church in Pocahontas, Iowa with Pastor John Mayer officiating.

A Celebration of Life reception will be held following the church services at the Pocahontas County Expo Center in Pocahontas.

The Powers Funeral Home in Pocahontas, Iowa is handling arrangements.
