POCAHONTAS — Jeraldine Hammer, 97, of Pocahontas, passed away on Tuesday, August 6, 2019, at the Pocahontas Manor in Pocahontas, Iowa.
Memorial services will be 1:00 p.m., Friday, September 20, 2019, at the Hope United Methodist Church in Pocahontas, Iowa, with Pastor Kris Frank officiating.
Burial will be held at a later date. There will be no visitation.
A reception will follow the memorial services in the church fellowship hall.
