CRYSTAL CARBELLOS

Crystal (Nekvinda) Carbellos, 71, passed away after a sudden illness.

She is survived by children, Nicole, Sammy and Reuben, all of Minne­sota; eight grandchildren, and two siblings, Judy Bowers of Fort Dodge and Noble Nekvinda, of Bondurant, IA.

She was preceded in death by daughter Adrienne and parents Dick and Olga Nekvinda.

A celebration of life was held on March 3 in Chicago.
