DENNIS WALTER SHEKER
Dennis Walter Sheker, 79, of Fort Dodge, passed away on Sunday, September 30, 2018, at Paula J. Baber Hospice Home in Fort Dodge. The funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 4, 2018 at Gunderson Funeral Chapel. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 3, 2018 at Gunderson Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
Dennis is survived by his wife Jan Sheker; sons, Mickey and Marcus Sheker; daughter, Kim Calles-Sheker; siblings, Nancy Ackerson, Connie (Irv) Heiden, John (Judy) Sheker and Sandi (John) Brand; 7 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his son Don; parents, Walt and Irene; and his siblings, Ron and Erdeen.
He was loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
