Chris Wesley Magee, born 6-19-1958, Sioux City IA; died 9-16-2018 Phoenix, Arizona, age 60.

Chris passed away at Suncrest Health Care Center in Phoenix, Arizona, due to a long struggle with health.

Chris graduated Rockwell City High School, class of ’75, and was active in football and wrestling. He joined the Army in ’75 and received an honorary discharge. He was a retired truck driver.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Leonard Magee, Sioux City; Clarence and Marge Kutz, Rockwell City; brothers James Kutz, Rockwell City; Shane Magee, Rochester, Minnesota.

Survivors include his daughter and granddaughter, Bobby Jo and Seynabou Magee of Broken Bow, Nebraska; brothers Don (Julie) Kutz, Clare; Frank Kutz, Minnesota; Leonard Magee Jr., Shoho, Arizona; Kevin Magee, Las Vegas, Nevada; Sisters Debra Magee and Noreen Magee, both of Fort Dodge; Sharon (Chuck) Aschlock, Jamestown, Colorado; Jeanette Walker, Nemaha.

Military graveside burial will be Friday, Oct. 12, 2 p.m., Broken Bow Cemetery in Broken Bow, Nebraska. A celebration of life will be Saturday, Oct. 13, 43479 Callaway Road, Broken Bow, Nebraska.
