James “Jim” Blair, 77, of Harcourt, Iowa, passed away on Thursday, July 19, 2018, at Humboldt Care Center North.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m., Thursday, July 26, 2018, at the United Methodist Church in Dayton. Pastor Craig Vote will officiate.
