ROCKWELL CITY – Darlene A. Sage 80, passed away Saturday, Jan. 5, 2013 at Trinity Regional Medical Center, Fort Dodge. Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 8, at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Rockwell City, with Pastor James Mossman officiating. Visitation will be 4 to 7 p.m. Monday at the Palmer & Swank Funeral Home, Rockwell City. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Paul’s Lutheran Church.
Darlene is survived by her sons, Terry (Susan) Sage of Leawood, KS, Greg (Sue) Sage of Glen Ellyn, IL, Scott Sage of Mission Viejo, CA, and Rodney Sage of Rancho Cordova, CA; four grandchildren; and brother Paul Wiemers of Manteca, CA. She was preceded in death by her husband Fred; her parents, B.R. and Margaret Martens Wiemers; sisters, Henrietta Junge, Dorothy Mart, Lucille Peterson, and LaVonne Wiser; and brother Everett Wiemers.
