The Fort Dodge Evening Lions Club President Lion Tim Wilson PDG presented two businesses with awards. They were to thank them for supporting the club’s projects. The first one was to Chris Palm, Fort Dodge Fareway meat and groceries manager, right, for the store’s donations and letting the club use their store to sell tickets there. The second award went to Duane Murley, station KWMT, for Murley and the station announcing and promoting the club’s projects. The awards are the Warren Coleman Honorary Award. The award is named after the first secretary of the Lions Clubs of Iowa.
