To commemorate Peoples Credit Union’s relocation to a newly constructed branch in Fort Dodge, Peoples CU pledged to make a charitable donation to a local organization. There were three charities nominated by the staff that met Peoples’ eligibility requirements. As part of the ribbon-cutting ceremony of their new building, Jordan Hensley, president and CEO of Peoples Credit Union announced the winner of the community vote was the Fort Dodge Domestic/Sexual Assault Outreach Center. Brenda McBride, executive director of D/SAOC, was present to accept the check. Hensley is pictured at left with McBride in the center. The other two nominated charities received smaller contributions.
