EMMETSBURG -- Bethany Lutheran Church, Emmetsburg, is holding its annual Scandinavian Tea from 1 to 3:30 p.m. Wednesday at the church. The tea will feature a large variety of Scandinavian breads and cookies served by costumed waitresses. There will also be a bake sale. The tickets are $7 for adults, $2 for children and free for preschoolers.
