Blessing of backpacks set at St. Mark’s
St. Mark’s Episcopal Church, 1007 First Ave. S., will hold a blessing of the backpacks from 10 to 11 a.m. on Aug. 25.
Students, teachers and administrators are invited to bring their backpacks and work bags to the service. There will be a time of prayer during the 10 a.m. worship service.
Free bag tag and treats will be available.
