Trinity UMC Christmas Cantata today and Sunday

Trinity Singers of Trinity United Methodist Church, 838 N. 25th St., will present its annual Christmas Cantata at 5:30 p.m. today and 9:30 a.m. Sunday. This year’s Cantata is titled “The Waiting is the Hardest Part” and will feature the 30-member Trinity Singers as well as various solos by Jason Laird, Roger Netz, Shari Netz, Lilly Johnson, Evan Pratt, Ruth Babbitt and Jacob Shelton. In addition, this year’s Cantata will also include a Trinity Ringers Bell ensemble, Dee Murman on flute, Kevin Thompson on drums, Katrina O’Brien and Brady O’Brien on piano, and congregation sing-a-longs on various Christmas carols. Come enjoy this festive holiday ministry with such songs as “The Coming of the Lord,” “Little Bitty Baby,” and “We Want to Be Ready.”
