Man gets probation in burglary, assault case A Fort Dodge man has been ordered to serve probation and pay civil penalties after pleading guilty in an October burglary and assault case. Cameron J. Hartley, 37, of 440 Third St. N.W., pleaded guilty to third degree burglary and assault on persons in certain occupations. A charge of assault causing bodily injury or mental illness was dismissed. Sheriff says man’s death is not suspicious CALLENDER — The death of a man found in a vehicle along a Webster County road Tuesday evening is not considered suspicious, according to Sheriff Luke Fleener.
