Man arrested in bomb threat incident
A man has been arrested and charged with making a bomb threat against a Fort Dodge dental clinic, according to court records. Robert D. Ulicki, 75, of Lehigh, was charged by Fort Dodge police with threat, explosive or incendiary device and first-degree harassment. In criminal complaints filed against Ulicki, police wrote, “Defendant mentioned a pipe bomb being placed at Aspen Dental. Defendant stated he knows how to make a pipe bomb to employee of Aspen Dental.” The apparent threat was made between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. April 14, according to the criminal complaints. There was ...
