Fort Dodge Women’s Connection invites all area women to a brunch at Tea Thyme, 2021 Sixth Ave S., Fort Dodge, at 9:30 a.m.. on July 14.

Tickets are $15 inclusive.

The special feature will be Elissa Savov, of Fort Dodge, who will provide musical entertainment. She is a mother of four children who she homeschools.

The main speaker is Joyce Buseman from Centerville, South Dakota. Her talk is entitled “Insurance for a Secure Future.” She talks about her restoration after a personal tragedy. She is a retired postmaster/insurance agent who talks about growing up in a secure environment. She tells how her life was torn apart and then restored after she lost her son. She has four children and seven grandchildren.
