Stay Wild Rescue, the organization that helps unclaimed animals from the pound find a new home, will celebrate its birthday Saturday with a public event.
It will be from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Lizard Creek Ranch, 1762 Johnson Ave.
It will feature food trucks, vendors and enrichment activities for dogs and cats. There will be live music by Evan Pratt and Logan Hamilton.
Some of the dogs and cats that are available for adoption will be there.
