WEBSTER CITY -- Kendall Young Library will be hosting children's events in April.
Tales Around the Town - Kendall Young Library along with local Webster City businesses will be taking storytime on the road. Each week families are invited to meet at a designated location, hear a story and experience the host location. April is the last month of Tales Around the Town until fall. Don't miss out on the excitement as we visit new places. No registration required. Just follow the signs for the fun.
April 7 -- Karl Chevrolet, 1705 2nd St., 5:30 p.m.
April 14 -- KQWC Radio Station, 1020 E. Second St., 5:30 p.m.
April 21 - East Twin Park, 1100 Superior St., 5:30 p.m.
April 28 - Join us on the School Bus at Kendall Young Library, 1201 Willson Ave., 5:30 p.m.
Wild Things (preK through second grades) will meet on Tuesdays from 3:45 to 5 p.m. in April. This time will offer a variety of stories and activities each week. Join us for all the adventures.
Fuzzy Ducklings (under 3 years) will meet on Wednesday mornings from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. in April. This parent/child experience is fun for everyone.
Tween's Time (third through fifth grades) will meet on Thursdays from 3:45 to 5 p.m. in April. They will explore crafts, STEM, cooking and so much more.
Homeschool TECH BUILD -- Students will have time to work on a Wind Turbine Lift on April 17 from 1 to 3 p.m. where they can build and modify their project. This is designed for youth third through 12th grade and will be held each month in the Teen Area.
