Fort Dodge Women’s Connection brunch set for Tuesday
Fort Dodge Women’s Connection will meet at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at Tea Thyme, 2021 Sixth Ave. S. Reservations must be made by Friday by calling Kathy Meinders at 515-408-7981 or Marcia Johnson at 515-571-5443. Cost is $15 inclusive.
The speaker is Sandy Moore, from Independence, Kansas. Her talk is entitled, “My Sunflower Journey.” Divorce and depression are part of her experience. It was truth that finally led her back to the sun-filled sunflowers of her youth.
The special feature is the annual fundraiser. Bring, buy or both. Baked goods, crafts and gift baskets will be available for purchase.
