WOOLSTOCK -- Two Webster City residents were injured when their vehicle struck a moving train around 6:40 p.m. Saturday.
According to an accident report from the Iowa State Patrol, Haley Marie Hanus, 26, was driving a 2016 Toyota Prius eastbound on 330th Street in Wright County when the vehicle struck a moving train. Duwarn Richard Glover Jr., 26, was a passenger in the car.
They were both injured and were transported to MercyOne Des Moines by Mercy Air Med.
The Iowa State Patrol was assisted by the Wright County Sheriff's Office and Woolstock, Eagle Grove and Webster City Fire and EMS.
