Two graduate from Loras
Two area residents received degrees from Loras College in Dubuque this year:
Emma Fogarty, of Algona, received a bachelor’s degree in accounting and business administration.
Pablo Rodriguez, of Fort Dodge, received a master’s degree in coaching leadership.
