Are you a caregiver taking care of a loved one? Are you in need of some de-stressing or re-energizing?
Caregivers are invited for a day of appreciation at a free come-and-go event from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday at the Laramar Ballroom, 710 First Ave. N. Enjoy a restful and relaxing day indulging in chair massages, mini manicures, Tai Chi exercises and lunch from noon to 1 p.m., at no charge to caregivers. All attendees will receive a special gift and a chance to win other prizes.
