Special council election held in Lehigh

LEHIGH — A special election was held in Lehigh Tuesday to fill two unexpired terms on the City Council.

June Richardson won 35 votes to serve a two year term, according to unofficial election results released by Webster County Auditor Doreen Pliner. She was the only candidate on the ballot for that race.

Mark Demery won 30 votes to serve a four-year term, according to those unofficial election results. He was the only candidate on the ballot for that race.
