FD council to hold budget session
The Fort Dodge City Council will continue working on the proposed 2024-2025 budget when it meets tonight.
The council will meet at 5 p.m. in the Municipal Building, 819 First Ave. S.
Council members will review the spending plans for the fire and parks, recreation and forestry departments. It will also look at the proposed budgets for Dodger Area Rapid Transit, the city clerk’s office, legal services, information technology, Municipal Building maintenance and employee benefits.
There will not be a business meeting, and there will be no action on the proposed franchise fees.
