The Salvation Army of Fort Dodge will hold Christmas assistance signups next week.

Anyone in need is welcome to stop by the office at 126 N. Seventh St. Monday through Friday between the hours of 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.

Those applying for assistance (toys, clothing, and food) will need to bring with them a photo ID, proof of residency within Webster County (i.e., a piece of current mail), and Social Security cards for everyone in the household who’d be receiving assistance.

After signing up, those who’ve registered will be able to stop back by the office Dec. 21 – 22 to pick up their toys, clothing, and food.

Every year, The Salvation Army of Fort Dodge helps hundreds of individuals around Webster County via this program — which ensures that everyone has presents under the tree and food on the table at Christmastime.
