Alert test planned for Wednesday
A nationwide emergency alert test on cell phones, wireless devices, radios and TVs will be conducted at 1:20 p.m. Wednesday, according to Webster County Emergency Management.
This will be a standard test conducted at least once every three years. No action is required.
