Part of Phinney Park Trail closed
A long section of the Phinney Park Trail is now closed and will remain closed through next week.
The trail is closed between the John W. Pray Water Plant to where the trail connects with Avenue C, according to the Public Works Department. It is closed due to work on a water main.
