An update to the Municipal Code sections pertaining to non-union administration and personnel was approved by the Fort Dodge City Council during its regular meeting on Monday evening.
Part of the changes include updating the master classification plan for job titles and pay grades. It also expands the number of salary schedule steps from six to 14. The steps will now have a 2.5% salary increase between steps, instead of the current 5%.
