SmallCarter to lead local Democrats
Sarah SmallCarter was elected chairwoman of the Webster County Democrats during the party’s recent caucus.
“I am honored to be passed the torch from former Chair Julie Geopfert,” she said. “I have nothing but gratitude for this community that has welcomed my family with open arms, and I look forward to serving.”
These local party leaders were reelected: Claudia Koch, vice chair; Nedra Conrad, treasurer; Lori Spanjers, secretary; and Demarcus Carter, diversity, equity and inclusion chair.
