Downtown FD parking lot sold
A city parking lot at Ninth Street and Second Avenue North was sold Monday to the Community Health Center of Fort Dodge for $150,000.
The lot is behind the health center, located at 126 N. 10th St.
The City Council voted unanimously to approve the sale.
“We had some negotiations back and forth, but I do believe we settled on a pretty good price for the lot,” Councilman Cameron Nelson said.
