The Fort Dodge Choral Society will be awarding $1,000 vocal music scholarships for the 2022-2023 school year.

Applicants must be vocal music majors in performance or music education who have completed at least one year as a vocal music major and are undergraduates at the beginning of the award year.

Students attending an Iowa college or university and graduates of the Fort Dodge area attending any college or university are eligible to apply.

Scholarships will be awarded no more than two times to any individual.

Applications are available at www.fdchoralsociety.org, through email at fdcscholar@gmail.com, or by sending a self-addressed envelope to Scholarship Committee at 438 N. 19th St., Fort Dodge, IA 50501.

Applications and all supporting materials must be postmarked, e-mailed, or hand delivered to the committee address by April 15.
