Preschool registration for the 2022-23 school year opens Wednesday for the Fort Dodge Community School District.

To be eligible to attend preschool in the fall of 2022, children must be 4-years-old by Sept. 15, 2022. Spots are limited and will be filled on a first come, first serve basis.

To complete preschool registration for Fort Dodge Community School District preschool, visit the FDCSD Central Office, 109 N. 25th St. Parents or guardians need to provide proof of guardianship such as birth certificate, DHS documents, court documents, or tax documents, proof of student’s age, immunization records and address verification when they complete preschool registration. The Central Office is open from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and will offer extended hours until 7 p.m. on Wednesday.
