Parade for Carlos Rosales is today
A parade honoring the life of Carlos Rosales will be held today in downtown Fort Dodge.
Rosales, 9, passed away on June 9 after suffering a brain bleed on June 6. He was a student at Duncombe Elementary School.
Rosales’ parents made the decision for Rosales to be an organ donor.
Attendees are encouraged to wear the color purple as that was Rosales’ favorite.
The public is invited to gather from Seventh Avenue North to North Ninth Street at 3 p.m. From there, people will walk down First Avenue South and stop at the roundabout closest to the Webster County Law Enforcement Center.
