How to vote if you have COVID-19

Webster County Public Health said those in quarantine or isolation due to COVID-19 can still vote on or before Nov. 3 through curbside voting.

Those who have not yet had the opportunity to vote by mail may drive to the Department of Human Services building, 330 First Ave. N. Hours will vary over the next few days:

– Friday, Oct. 30: 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

– Saturday, Oct. 31: – 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

– Sunday, Nov 1: closed.

– Monday, Nov. 2: 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

WCPH advises those voting while in isolation to drive alone, if possible, to avoid exposing others.

Once at the DHS building, stay inside your vehicle and call 515-573-7175 for curbside voting.

If at all possible, WCPH advises the affected public to vote before Tuesday to reduce crowd sizes on Election Day.
