The Community Health Center of Fort Dodge will offer expanded hours over the holiday weekend for COVID-19 testing. The COVID clinic, which administers a rapid-result test, will be open today, Sunday and Monday (Labor Day) from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. If you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms or have known exposure to someone who has tested positive call 515-576-6500 for an appointment.

The Community Health Center of Fort Dodge offers medical, dental and behavioral health services to the community. These services are offered regardless of insurance status they accept Medicare, Medicaid and most private insurance. A sliding fee scale is available for those who qualify. The health center is located at 126 North 10th St. in Fort Dodge.
