Free fishing this weekend
Iowa residents can try fishing without buying a license on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
All other regulations remain in place.
For free fishing weekend, Webster County Conservation has put together some take kids fishing kits.
Inside these kits, there will be a make your own pop can fishing reel, stickers, Iowa lake fishing guide and some additional fun surprises.
Due to material numbers, kits will be limited. Please register at www.mycountyparks.com.
