COVID-19 increases continue

Webster County added three COVID-19 cases Wednesday, ending at a total of 103 by the end of the day.

The vast majority of the cases in the county have come in the last month. On May 18, the county’s total was 13. On June 3, the total was 47, less than half of what it is now.

June 4 was the first day Webster County started seeing double-digit positive case increases.

More than half of Webster County’s cases so far have been adults age 18 to 40. The second-highest age category for positive cases is middle age adults, age 41 to 60.
