Downtown parking rules changed
All downtown metered parking in Fort Dodge will now be treated as two-hour parking through 11:59 p.m. April 7, according to an announcement from the city.
Parking spots with meters that have time on them will not be ticketed if the vehicle has been in the spot for more than two hours.
Parking permits are still required for certain city lots and can be purchased by contacting Carly in Utility Billing at (515) 573-7156 or by email at at cmeier@fortdodgeiowa.org.
