Beginning today through Oct. 25 between the hours of 7 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., the Public Works Department will be flushing the water mains in the following areas:

Zone 3 — the area located within the boundaries from 21st Avenue North, north to 31st Avenue North, east and west of North 15th Street, including Kennedy Brown and Rolling Meadows.

Zone 4 — the area located within the boundaries north of North 22nd Street and 25th Avenue North, Woodlands subdivision.

During this operation, you may experience discoloration of water. Any disruption should be short lived and occur only while the water mains in the area are being flushed. If you experience rusty water, please call the Water Department at 515-573-7156 to report it.
