Kraayenbrink endorses Feenstra for Congress
State Sen. Tim Kraayenbrink, of Fort Dodge, has endorsed state Sen. Randy Feenstra for the Republican nomination in the 4th Congressional District.
”I’m excited to whole-heartedly endorse Randy Feenstra for Congress,” Kraayenbrink, a Republican, said in a statement announcing his endorsement.
”Randy is a friend, an effective conservative and the leader we need representing us in Congress,” he added. ”In the state Senate I’ve seen Randy deliver conservative results for Iowa — including the largest tax cut in Iowa history. Today, more than ever, Iowans need a seat at the table in Congress. I’ve seen firsthand Randy’s ability to deliver for Iowans and I know he will do the same in Congress.”
Feenstra, of Hull, and Jeremy Taylor, of Sioux City, are challenging U.S. Rep. Steve King, of Kiron, for the Republican nomination in the congressional district that includes Webster County and all of the surrounding counties.
