Webster and Hamilton County Conservation Boards are holding a Fireside Chat at Camp WaNoKi, 2400 WaNoki Camp Road, from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday. Bring the family and friends for some fun throwing primitive weapons at targets. Learn how people long ago used them for hunting and other means of survival. Enjoy a snack cooked over a campfire and take a hike in the woods on marked trails.

Bring a bag chair and comfy hiking shoes. Large limestone sitting stones surround the fire ring as well. This program is hosted by Webster and Hamilton County Conservation Boards.

The program is free and open to the public. Park in the parking lot north of the new lodge and meet at the large stone campfire site a short walk south of the lodge.
