C-SSMID approves contract with Smitty’s Lawn and Landscape
The board of the Commercial Self-Supported Municipal Improvement District on Monday renewed its maintenance contract with Smitty’s Lawn and Landscape, of Fort Dodge, for one year.
The company will be paid $22,500 to remove snow from sidewalks, mow grass in the public right-of-way and conduct broadleaf weed control. That work will be done within the district, which is along Fifth Avenue South between 15th and 32nd streets.
