Snowfall to cause parking restrictions in Fort Dodge
Due to the predicted snowfall, a parking prohibition will automatically go into effect on all residential emergency snow routes if there is an accumulation of 2 inches of snow or more, according to an announcement from the Public Works Department.
The parking prohibition will be in effect for 24 hours after the snow stops falling.
The emergency snow routes are marked with red and white signs. A map of the emergency snow routes can be found at www.fortdodgeiowa.org.
