FDCSD approves purchase of van
The Fort Dodge Community School District board on Monday approved the purchase of a van that will provide transportation for special education students.
“We discovered we were in severe need of our own van for this building (FDCSD Central Office),”Jesse Ulrich, FDCSD superintendent, said.
The board accepted the recommendation from Brad Niemeyer, FDCSD director of transportation, to purchase an eight-passenger van from Fort Dodge Ford Lincoln Toyota.
The cost of the van is $27,903.
