A man was taken to the hospital after a large tree trunk fell on him, pinning his right arm.
The incident happened at about 2:41 p.m. Wednesday on a steep hill between North Seventh Street and Exposition Drive.
The man was freed during a 13-minute rescue operation and was taken to UnityPoint Health – Trinity Regional Medical Center.
