Travis Tritt will bring his Grammy award winning country music to downtown Fort Dodge Saturday night.
The singer known for hits like "Help Me Hold On," and "I'm Gonna Be Somebody" will be the headliner for the Fort Dodge Country Jam at Central Avenue and Ninth Street.
Local band Stadium Dr will get things started. Blake Jack & 35 South will also perform.
Tickets, which cost $55, are still available.
Jim Reed, president of Shellabration Inc., the non-profit group that organizes the Country Jam and Shellabration concerts, said there is a chance this concert will be a sold-out show.
He urged country music lovers to get their tickets now.
Reed noted that Shellabration started 25 years ago with classic rock concerts, and added that in life there are no guarantees.
"You know after 25 seasons, there's no guarantee that there will be a 26th," he said.
Construction of the stage all of the musicians will perform on Saturday night will begin Thursday morning.
"This year, it's a full blown roof structure," Reed said. "It's going to be an impressive sight."
He said there will be six, 34-foot tall towers supporting the roof.
The intersection of Central Avenue and Ninth Street will be closed. The Fort Dodge Police Department will be announcing traffic and parking restrictions.

Tickets cost $55.
Children age 12 and younger are admitted free if they are accompanied by an adult.
All tickets are general admission, festival style seating. Bring your own chair.
