A worker is perched near the top of a 34-foot-tall tower Thursday afternoon as the stage for Saturday night’s Fort Dodge Country Jam is constructed at the intersection of Central Avenue and Ninth Street. The concert will feature Travis Tritt as the headliner. Local band Stadium Dr and Blake Jake & 35 South will also perform. Tickets, which cost $55, are still available at ticketweb.com and at Hy-Vee, Availia Bank, First Interstate Bank, GreenState Credit Union and Peoples Credit Union.
